"E. juelianum is systemic. It modifies the appearance of the whole plant. E. vaccinii most often infects individual leaves, where it makes pouch galls. However, E. vaccinii can also sometimes infect buds, in which case it modifies the appearance of a branch. However, it will never modify the appearance of the whole plant. There will be intact leaves as well.
This is not E. juelianum.
